<正>详细摘要:1引言长期以来,国内热带气旋研究的重点主要集中在西北太平洋和北大西洋等地区~([1-4])。国内科研机构很少对南印度洋1热带气旋开展针对性分析和数值模拟及预报研究;仅国外学者对南印度洋热带气旋做了一部分研究和应用~([5-7])。南印度洋热带气旋相当于全球总数的19%,
