探讨糖皮质激素用于小儿急性上呼吸道感染治疗中的不良反应分析

摘要
目的:对糖皮质激素用于小儿急性上呼吸道感染治疗中的不良反应进行研究分析。方法:选取我院于2015年3月至2016年3月期间收治的小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者40例,分为研究组和对照组各20例。其中研究组的患者采取糖皮质激素进行治疗,对照组的患者采取常规的相关药物进行治疗;对两组患者的治疗报告进行分析,观察两组小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者相应发热症状的退热时间、患者用药治疗后产生的并发症情况以及药物不良反应的情况。结果:研究组患者的相应的症状退热时间明显短于对照组患者,两组患者在差异比较上具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。但是研究组患者经过糖皮质激素进行治疗后,使得患者的并发症发生率增高,大大增多了患者的并发症,致使得患者的病程延长。研究组患者的不良反应以及并发症发生情况均明显多于对照组患者。结论:使用糖皮质激素对小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者进行治疗能使患者的相应发热症状的退热时间减少,但是增加了治疗并发症以及不良反应的出现。整体来说,使用糖皮质激素治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染是弊大于利的。
Objective: To study the adverse reactions in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods: 40 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infections admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were divided into study group and control group, 20 cases in each group. Patients of the study group of patients taking glucocorticoids treatment, the control group adopted conventional drug treatment; to analyze the reports of two groups of patients with treatment. Results: patients in the study group, the symptoms of the corresponding cooling time was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the patients in the two groups in the difference comparison with statistical significance(P < 0.05). But the study group patients after treatment of glucocorticoid. Conclusion: reduce the use of corticosteroids for children with acute upper respiratory tract infection in patients with treatment can make patients corresponding fever fever, but increase the treatment of complications and adverse reactions. Overall, the use of corticosteroids in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infections is more harm than good.
