BODIPY基荧光化学探针的合成及其对Fe~(3+)和Hg~(2+)的识别性能研究

本研究设计并合成了两种新型BODIPY荧光化学探针,它们对金属离子Fe3+和Hg~(2+)具有选择识别性。通过对BODIPY前驱体(OB2/MB2)与水合肼反应生成-C=N-而制备。一个产物分子具有两个BODIPY荧光母体单元,形成两倍荧光体OB3/MB3。OB3和MB3的结构通过1H-NMR、傅里叶红外光谱、高分辨质谱确认。结果表明,OB3和MB3有较好的酸碱适应性,当pH在3.16-11.88范围内时,OB3和MB3稳定存在。当加入金属离子Fe3+或Hg~(2+)时,两种小分子溶液的颜色都由枚红色变成淡粉色,同时,OB3表现为荧光猝灭,MB3表现为荧光增强。Job滴定曲线显示,OB3与Fe3+的配位比为1:3,OB3与Hg~(2+)的配位比为1:1;MB3与Fe3+或Hg~(2+)的配位比均为1:1。两种BODIPY基荧光探针OB3和MB3均对Fe3+和Hg~(2+)均表现出较好的选择性,并且使得选择作用裸眼可见。
Two novel chemosensors were designed and synthesized,which could detect Fe3+ and Hg~(2+) with high sensitivity.The structures of OB3 and MB3 were studied by 1H-NMR,Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR),and mass spectrometry(MS).The measurements show that OB3/MB3 was stable in pH range of 3.16-11.88.Upon the addition of Fe3+ and Hg~(2+) ions,fluorescence of OB3 was quenched notably,and the fluorescence of MB3 was enhanced obviously.Job's plot indicated that the molar binding ratio of OB3 to Fe3+ was 1:3,to Hg~(2+) was 1:1.And the molar binding ratio of MB3 to Fe3+ or Hg~(2+) was 1:1.The detection of Fe3+ and Hg~(2+) ions was visible,and it could be employed as naked-eye detection sensors under natural light.
