品管圈在医院质量管理持续改进中的应用探讨

摘要
目的:品管圈作为一种提高产品质量和提高工作效率的新型管理模式,逐渐被医院系统所接纳,现探讨品管圈在医院质量管理持续改进中的应用。方法:筛选我院具有代表性的十个科室,各个科室以品管圈开始时间为界限,分别挑选前后10位患者,对其进行问卷调查,对比我院在品管圈开始前以及开始后,统计前后分比三个月内入院以及出院患者对医院的满意程度,以及住院期间对病房环境、医护人员技术、治疗状态以及健康教育等方面的满意程度。结果:1、实施品管圈管理后,患者出院以及入院患者的满意程度均明显上升,P<0.05,均具有统计学意义;2、实施品管圈管理后,住院期间对病房环境、医护人员技术、治疗状态以及健康教育等方面的满意程度均明显上升,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:品管圈可以通过持续改进的方式提高医院管理质量,提高患者各方面的满意程度。

Result:1, after the implementation of product management circle, The satisfaction degree of patients was significantly increased, P < 0.05,Havestatistical significance; 2, after the implementation of product management circle, The degree of satisfaction of the ward environment, medical staff technology, treatment status and health educationwere significantly increased during the period of hospitalization, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Quality management can improve the quality of hospital management by means ofcontinuous improvement, Improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
