稀土冶金废水离子交换膜资源化处理技术

摘要
采取离子交换膜(阳离子交换膜、阴离子交换膜及双极离子交换膜)组成组器(扩散渗析、电渗析及双极膜电渗析技术)对酸碱盐排放量大、污染严重的稀土废水进行资源化零排放处理,其中采取阳离子交换膜扩散渗析净化回收酸,阴离子交换膜扩散渗析器净化回收碱,采取电渗析回收浓缩酸碱盐,而采取双极膜电渗析技术,可以将盐分解成酸碱.离子交换膜资源化处理技术实现了稀土废水的资源化,稀土冶金的清洁生产,较传统化学中和、萃取、离子交换、蒸发等处理技术,相比具有节能、高效、环保、操作方便、可以实现资源化等优点,极具推广优势.
By ion exchange membrane(cation exchange membrane and anion exchange membrane and bipolar ion-exchange membrane) \ module(diffusion dialysis,electrodialysis and bipolar membrane electrodialysis technology),the big,the serious pollution of acid\alkali \salt emissions of rare-earth wastewater is treated with zero discharge processing,in which the waste acid is purified by the diffusion dialysis(DD) with cation exchange membrane(CM);the waste alkaline is purified by the alkaline diffusion dialyzer with anion exchange membrane(AM);the acid\alkali \salt can be concentrated by electrodialysis(ED)with cation and anion exchange membrane;The salt can be decomposed into alkali and acid by the bipolar membrane electrodialysis(BPED) with AM/CM and BPM.A new rare earth metallurgy with the recycling of resource is invented by ion exchange membrane,comparing with traditional processing technology,such as chemical neutralization,extraction,ion exchange and evaporation,with some advantages of energy saving,high efficiency,environmental protection,easy to operate,the resource advantages and marketing.
