脑卒中精神障碍患者治疗依从性与社会支持的相关关系分析

摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中精神障碍患者治疗依从性与社会支持的关系,为提高脑卒中精神障碍患者治疗依从性提供理论依据。方法:对2014年4月-2016年7月在本院56例脑卒中精神障碍患者,进行治疗依从性及社会支持情况的调查,分析依从性与社会支持的关系。结果:脑卒中精神障碍患者服药依从性及生活照顾存在很大的差异,随访依从性较差;脑卒中精神障碍患者得到的社会支持来源不同的,社会支持主要来源是配偶及家人;社会支持主观支持得分较高,服药依从性与主观支持及社会总支持呈正相关,生活照顾与客观支持呈正相关,随访与支持利用度呈正相关。结论:脑卒中精神障碍患者的治疗依从性与社会支持密切相关,社会支持越高的患者,治疗依从性就越好。因此,护理人员要重视患者社会支持系统的评估,为患者争取充分的社会支持,从而提高患者的治疗依从性,促进患者的康复。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between treatment compliance and social support status in patients with traumatic mental disorder.SO as to provide a theoretical basisfor compliance improvement. Methods:A total 56 patients with traumatic mental disorder who received treatment in hospital from April 2012- July 2014 year were surveyed on their medicationcompliance,social support and the correlation between medication compliance and social support. Results: Patients had good compliance with medication and life care,but had bad compliancewith follow up.The main source of social support was from spouse and families. Subjective support scored high among social support dimensions medication compliance was positively correlated withthe subjective support and the total score of social support. Life care compliance was positively correlated with the objective support. Follow up was positively correlated with support availability. Conclusion: Patients with more social support had better compliance with treatment.So nurses should pay attention to evaluate patients' social support and strive for social support to improvetheir treatment compliance and Promote the rehabilitation of patients.
