基于“互联网+”思维的烟草商业企业物流运营模式研究

摘要
随着"互联网+"行动计划上升至国家战略,推动传统烟草商业企业与互联网融合势在必行。文章在深入分析中国烟草商业企业物流发展现状的基础上,创造性地提出"互联网+烟草物流"运营模式架构,建设性地剖析了O2O商业模式在烟草商业企业物流中如何应用的问题,并对应用效果进行了客观评估,以期为烟草商业企业提高行业物流核心竞争力,稳步抢占零售客户终端市场,实现创新协调发展提供强有利保障。
Because the "Internet +" has been considered into national strategic action plan, it is imperative to promote the fusion between traditional tobacco commercial enterprises and Internet. Based on the deep analysis of the current logistics situation of the tobacco commercial enterprises in China, this paper creatively puts forward "the Internet + tobacco logistics" operation mode, constructively analyzes the O2 O business mode for the application problems of tobacco logistics, and makes an objective evaluation of its application effect for tobacco commercial enterprises. this paper is working as a strong guarantee for tobacco commercial enterprises in enhancing the core competitiveness of the logistics industry, steadily occupying retail customer terminal market, in order to realize the innovative and coordinated development.
