心理健康产业的商业模式解读

近年来,随着职业心理健康以及员工帮助计划(EAP)等理念逐渐被国人接受,心理健康科学知识也越来越多的应用在企业管理的各个功能模块中,不同类型的组织均开始学习使用心理健康知识,越来越多的心理学工作者也开始将心理健康的原理与技术应用到企业管理中,帮助管理者更好的理解员工的身心健康与行为。然而结合以往国内外心理健康类项目经验,我们发现很多心理健康工作者在利用心理健康原理与技术解决组织问题的过程中出现了一些问题,例如难以标准化、产品缺乏针对性、无法复制与增值、重形式无内容等等,因此本次报告主要结合我们在大量世界500强企业以及知名国企中,应用心理健康知识来解决企业员工心理问题的丰富经验,提出心理健康在组织中应用的顶层设计的商业模式图,分别阐述心理健康产业应用的顶层设计的业务系统、核心优势、发展模式、战略模式以及交付模式五大工作系统,并从政策解读、服务体系以及工作流程三方面,系统讲授心理健康产业发展的国内外现状;如何系统的思考、分析、设计心理健康产品与服务体系;如何更好的胜任EAP咨询师以及职场心理健康顾问等工作。介绍目前国内外顶级心理健康机构的具体工作流程、商业模式与优劣势分析。
Recently with the acceptance of occupational psychological health and Employee Assistance Program(EAP) Concept, the knowledge of psychological health have used in more and more applications with different models in Enterprise Management, different organizations start to learn the using of psychological health and more psychologists also start to apply the principles and technologies of psychological health to the enterprise management, helping manager to understand the employees' physical and mental health and behaviors. However, combined the previous experience of psychological health in home or abroad, we can find that many psychologists have occurred some problems when using the principles and technologies of psychological health to solve organizational issues, such as difficult to standardization, lack of pertinence, unable to copy and increase in value, focus on form and ignore content, etc. Thus the report mainly based on the rich experience that using psychological health to solve employees' psychological problems in numerous top 500 enterprises in the world and famous state-owned companies has present the psychological health using in the top design of the business model chart in organization, in which elaborated psychological health industry applications' top design of transaction system, core advantage, development model, strategy model, and consigned model separately; systematically explained the current situation of the development of psychological health industry in home or abroad in three aspects: policy analysis, service system and working procedure; how to think, analyze, and design the products of psychological health and service system scientifically; how to be more qualified in the EAP consolers and occupational psychological health consultants and also introduce the specified working procedures, business model and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages in top psychological health institutes in home or abroad.
