离子色谱法测定啤酒中的无机阴离子

摘要
啤酒生产的糖化、制麦、发酵及清洗过程中,易将一些无机盐类带入啤酒中,从而对啤酒的产品质量产生明显的影响。介绍了一种采用阴离子色谱交换柱(SH-AC-1,250 mm×4.6 mm)进行分离,自再生抑制型(SHY-2)电导离子色谱法检测,直接进样测定啤酒中无机阴离子含量的方法。3.6 mmol/L Na_2CO_3-4.5mmol/L NaHCO_3混合液为流动相,在0.9 mL/min的流速下,一次进样同时测定Cl~-、H_2PO_4~-的线性范围大于10~3,NO_2~-、SO_4~(2-)的线性范围接近10~2,相关系数均大于0.99,平行进样6次,所得结果的相对标准偏差小于0.46%。采用此法测定了某品牌啤酒中无机阴离子的含量,结果表明,Cl~-、H_2PO_4~-、SO_4~(2-)含量分别为13.28 mg/L、4.457mg/L、37.18 mg/L,回收率在98.27%~104.3%之间。
It is much more likely happen to bring some inorganic salts into the beer in the process of the production of beer,saccharification,malt production,fermentation and cleaning,which has a significant impact on the quality of beer.Ion chromatography has been used for the determination of inorganic anions in beer by self regenerating suppressor conductivity detector.The mixed liquid of3.6 mmol/L Na2CO_3-4.5 mmol/L NaHCO_3 was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.9 mL/min,the linear range of Cl~- and h_2po_4~- was more than 10~3,and the linear range no_2~- and SO_4~(2-) was close to 10~2(R> 0.99),the relative standard deviation was less than 0.46%(n=6).In a certain brand of beer the results showed that the content of Cl~-,H_2PO_4~- and SO_4~(2-) were 13.28 mg/L,4.457 mg/L,37.18 mg/L,the recovery was 98.27%~104.3%.
