Nb合金基体等离子喷涂Al_2O_3涂层制备工艺研究

摘要
本文利用等离子喷涂工艺在铌合金基体上制备了Al_2O_3涂层,通过SEM和显微硬度分析对影响喷涂工艺的主要参数进行了研究。研究结果表明:Al_2O_3粉末粒度5~25μm,喷涂距离90 mm,喷涂电流550 A,电压90 V时涂层孔隙率最低,平均结合强度最高。该工艺参数下制备的Al_2O_3涂层,在真空(5×10~(-2)Pa)下300~800℃热冲击20次,涂层与基体结合处无裂纹。
The Processing of Plasma Spray Al_2O_3 Coating on the surface of Niobium Alloy was investigated in this paper.The effect of Al_2O_3 powder size and spraying power and distance on Al_2O_3 coatings microstructure and properties were investigated by SEM and Micro-hardness analysis.The results indicated that Al_2O_3 coatings had the lowest porosity rate and highest average bonding strength with the optimum processing parameters such as particle size 5~25 μm of Al_2O_3 powder,90 mm spraying distance and 550 A spraying current,90 V spraying voltage,After thermal shocking for 20 times at the temperature 300~800 ℃,no cracks emerged between the coating and the base material.
