基于模态分析技术的汽车道路噪声优化

摘要
某车型在开发过程中,发现匀速行驶时车内出现明显的压迫耳膜的声音,严重影响人的听觉感受。通过主观评价及客观数据分析,得出该声音与车速、发动机转速无关,确认该声音为道路噪声,产生机理为轮胎振动激励被悬架系统与车身系统放大,通过地板扰动车内空气,使得声腔模态被激发,从而产生共鸣音,通过优化轮胎、悬架安装动力吸振器、声学包处理,成功解决该问题。同时本文对道路噪声分析流程进行了总结。
There was an obvious compressing noise at constant speed in the developing process of certain car,which affected customers' hearing sense seriously.According to subjective evaluation and objective analysis,we concluded that this noise had no correlation with vehicle speed and engine speed and could be recognized as road noise.The generating mechanism is that tire vibration is exaggerated by suspension and body,exciting air mode through floor turbulence,so the noise is produced.This issue was successfully solved through tire optimization,adding dynamic absorber on suspension and sound package treatment.Also we summarized the analysis procedure of road noise.
