环境噪声分析条件与BIM信息择用研究

摘要
在《绿色建筑评价标准》中明确规定建筑室外声环境需符合《声环境质量标准》,该标准对声环境功能区、时段及环境噪声限值有量化的限定,绿色建筑设计与评价工作都需要严格遵守。在环境噪声分析软件的研发过程中,结合BIM技术对其信息的择用进行了大量的研究,解决了BIM信息在噪声计算中的综合利用问题,对噪声分析模型与BIM模型信息的异、同点的分析,有效地解决数据的准确性、一致性、扩展性问题。
In " Evaluation standard for green building" clearly defined indoor acoustic environment must be in accordance with the " Environmental quality standard for noise", The standard is limited to the sound environmental function area, the time interval and the environmental noise limit value, the green building design and the appraisal work all needs to be strictly observed. In the noise environment analysis for software development process, A large number of studies on the selection of the information in combination with BIM Technology, Solve the BIM information in the calculation of the comprehensive utilization of noise, The analysis of the difference and similarities between the noise analysis model and the BIM model can effectively solve the problem of data accuracy, consistency and scalability.
