团头鲂与翘嘴鲌杂交及回交群体的遗传特征及生长性能分析

利用团头鲂与翘嘴鲌进行杂交得到杂种F1群体(FB),再利用杂种F1分别与团头鲂和翘嘴鲌进行回交,试验共获得5个杂交群体。对该5个群体的形态特征、DNA含量、染色体核型、性腺组织切片及生长性能进行了研究。在形态上,5个杂交群体均介于其父母本之间。DNA含量检测显示杂种F1的DNA含量最高(2.49±0.04),而QZB(♀)×FB(♂)的最低(2.04±0.01)。染色体核型分析发现,5个杂交群体的染色体数目均为2n=48,但不同群体之间的染色体核型存在差异。对5个群体的性腺制作石蜡切片,发现该5个群体均具有发育正常的性腺且均产生了精原细胞和卵母细胞。经60天的同池生长对比发现,在与团头鲂回交的群体当中,TTF(♀)×FB(♂)具有最快的生长速度;在与翘嘴鲌回交的群体当中,FB(♀)×QZB(♂)具有最快的生长速度,这两个群体体现出良好的育种潜力。本研究为远缘杂交的繁殖规律及远缘杂交育种提供了一定的依据。
In the present study, five hybrid groups with different genetic backgrounds were obtained by intergeneric crossing and backcrossing between blunt snout bream(Megalobrama amblycephala) and topmouth culter(Erythroculter ilishaeformis). The morphology, DNA content,characteristics of chromosomes and histological sections of gonads of these five groups were performed. The morphology of five groups were intermediate between their parents, while the backcross groups were more similar to their parents that provide more genetic material to them.DNA content of the five groups and their parents was examined by flow cytometry(Accuri C6).The results show that FB had the most and QZB(♀)×FB(♂) had the least DNA content. The chromosome analysis showed that these six hybrid groups had the same chromosome number(2n=48) as their parents, while the chromosome karyotype of them was different from their parents.
