摘要
针对高强度钢板冲压残余应力大、回弹严重、形状稳定性差的问题,通过对前纵梁外板冲压的数值模拟,进行回弹分析和实际生产的验证,证明设置合理的回弹补偿及在产品上增加加强筋和增加整形工序是控制高强度板冲压回弹形状稳定性和提高刚性的有效方法。
Aiming at the problems of high residual stress,serious springback and poor shape stability of high strength steel sheet,Through the numerical of the front rail plate stamping simulation,verify the Springback Analysis and the actual production,It is an effective way to control the springback of high strength plate and to improve the stability of the high strength steel plate,which is proved to be reasonable in springback compensation and in the product.
