留守经历大学生自尊与自我妨碍的关系及干预研究

自尊是个体对其社会角色进行自我评价的结果,是个体对自己满足自己需要的积极的体验和评价,它反映了个体相信自己的价值、能力的程度。自我妨碍是个体感到不适或受到威胁的情境下,为了保护自尊积极主动设定障碍的心理策略,其表现形式一般有三种:行为式自我妨碍、自陈式自我妨碍与抬举他人。随着越来越多的留守儿童长大成人,留守经历大学生成为新出现的特殊群体,留守经历的意义与价值也逐渐凸显。因此,本文以留守经历大学生为被试,包括两个部分。一是通过问卷调查法对留守经历大学生自尊、自我妨碍的现状进行调查,并对自尊及自我妨碍进行相关关系研究。二是以研究一为理论依据,以自尊发展较低的留守经历大学生为被试,进行提高自尊的团体辅导训练。研究结果如下:1)留守经历大学生自尊水平低于普通大学生。2)留守经历大学生自尊对行为式自我妨碍有显著影响;对自陈式自我妨碍无显著影响。3)团体辅导有效提高了学生的自尊水平,其自我妨碍也显著下降。
Self-esteem is an individual self-assessment of their social role result, is subject to its own positive experience to meet and evaluate their needs, which reflects the extent of the individual to believe their value capabilities.Self-handicapping is the individual feel uncomfortable or threatened under the situation, in order to protect the self-esteem proactive set of psychological strategies disorders.Its manifestations are generally three types: behavioral self-handicapping,self-report self-handicapping and lifting others.As more and more children left behind grown up, stay experience students to become special groups emerging stay experience meaning and value also increasingly prominent.Therefore, in order to stay through college students as subjects, it consists of two parts. First, through questionnaires to stay experience esteem, self-handicapping status of the investigation,And to study the relationship between self-esteem and self-handicapping.Second, a theory based on research to develop low self-esteem of college students as subjects stay experience, conduct training to improve the self-esteem of group counseling.The results are as follows:1) Students stay experience self-esteem levels lower than ordinary undergraduates.2) stay experience esteem has a significant influence on behavioral self-handicapping; no significant effect on the self-report self-handicapping.3) group counseling to effectively improve the level of students' self-esteem, their self-handicapping also decreased significantly.
