摘要
历史园林以其历史性和艺术性成为广泛关注的艺术园林作品。我国的历史园林面临着消失和被破坏的窘境,法律法规、规划政策与管理模式上都有待进一步完善,保留下来的园林仅仅被作为旅游景点进行透支性开发利用,活动形式单一,未真正起到城市开放空间的价值及作用。英国历史园林有着较为完善保护体系,也重视其发展与利用。海德公园作为伦敦最大的历史园林是发展与利用的成功案例。本文在管理机构、管理措施、法律法规等方面着重分析海德公园的利用与发展过程,对其内进行的各类活动类型进行详尽的阐述,分析其丰富多样活动类型的动因,并结合我国历史园林的现状,为其发展提供参考与借鉴。
Historic Parks are widely focused on for their history and art.However,Chinese historic parks are suffering disappearance and destruction.Reserved ones are only used as tourist attractions with simple activity.Something should be perfected such as acts,planning policy and management model and so on.The United Kingdom has put an emphasize on development and renewal of historic gardens on basis of perfect protection.Hyde park,the biggest historic park in London is a successful case of usage.History of Hyde park is described in the aspect of management plan and policy,management measures and acts.Moreover,various of activities are widely carried out in the park,the reason of which is analyzed.Successful experiences of Hyde park are concluded as a suggestion to Chinese historic parks based on their currency in China.
