在知识经济时代,知识产权直接体现科研院所的核心竞争力,深入分析原子能院专利现状,对标中核集团成员单位、中国科学院、中国工程物理研究院的专利情况,并针对重点研究领域分析主要竞争对手专利发展态势,了解国内主要竞争对手的专利布局,形成原子能院知识产权应对策略,提出原子能院未来知识产权战略建议,为原子能院未来制定知识产权相关政策提供参考。
In the era of knowledge economy,intellectual property directly reflects the core competitiveness of research institutes,and in order to make in-depth analysis for patent status,we should benchmark the patent situations of CNNC member units,Chinese Academy of Sciences,China Academy of Engineering Physics.Meanwhile,for key research areas,we should analyze the main competitors' patent development trends,and learn domestic main competitors' patent strategy.Thus,by forming the CIAE Intellectual Property Strategy and proposing the future intellectual property strategy recommendations of CIAE,we provide a reference for the future development of Intellectual Property strategy of CIAE.
