多模混合动力汽车的自主建模与最优构型设计

摘要
本文针对采用行星齿轮排作为动力耦合机构的多模混合动力汽车,分析了所有双行星齿轮排构型方案的可能拥有组合形式。通过所提出的模型自构法与穷举搜索的方法,建立了所有可行构型的动力学模型,并以此为基础,提出了一整套快速高效的构型方案优化设计方法。将该方法用于某混合动力电动客车的优化,得到了一组具有更出色燃油经济性与加速性能的构型方案。
All possible double- PG configurations for multi- mode hybrid electric vehicles with planetary gear sets are explored in this paper.The dynamic models of the configurations are built up automatically based on the proposed automated modeling method.With the derived models,a configuration optimization method with exhaustive search is presented to identify the superior configurations efficiently.The method is applied to optimize a hybrid electric bus,and a group of configurations with better acceleration performance and fuel economy are identified
