豆蔻基氧化胺和鲸蜡基甜菜碱对生物膜的消除作用以及对变形链球菌的抑制作用

摘要
目的:确定具有生物膜消除功效和抑制变形链球菌(NCTC 10449)作用的物质。方法和结果:通过最小抑菌浓度法(MIC)测定抑菌活性,口腔细菌生物膜(MBEC)接种法和羟磷灰石圆片(HAP disc)生物膜法,检测9种化学物质(西吡氯铵、异丙基甲基酚、豆蔻基氧化胺、鲸蜡基甜菜碱、精油等)的生物膜消除功效和变形链球菌的抑菌作用。结论:表面活性剂豆蔻基氧化胺和鲸蜡基甜菜碱具有与西吡氯铵(CPC)等同甚至更好的抑菌活性,豆蔻基氧化胺与鲸蜡基甜菜碱的混合物(MO/CB)具有比异丙基甲基酚(IPMP)、精油更好的生物膜消除作用。
Aims:The aim of this study was to identify materials,which have a removal effect on the biofilm and inhibition effect on Streptococcus mutans(NCTC 10449).Methods and Results:We tested the ability of 9 chemicals,including cetylpyridium chloride,Isopropyl methylphenol,myristamine oxide,cetyl betaine,to remove the biofilm and inhibit Streptococcus mutans(NCTC 10449).Antimicrobial activity was measured by determination of Minimum Inhibitory Concentration(MIC).For the biofilm works we used MBEC Biofilm Inoculator method and HAP disc biofilm method.Conclusion:In the surfactant(Myristamine oxide and Cetyl betaine) were identified antimicrobial activity equal or greater effects on the CPC.Mixture of MyristamineOxide and Cetyl Betaine(MO/CB) were identified synergy on biofilm removal effect.We found the superior biofilm removal capability than the IPMP and Essential oils.
