水力喷砂射孔技术在地浸钻孔成井中的应用

在某多层矿体开采钻孔工艺研究中,为了定位开启全孔水泥固井钻孔与目标矿层的水力联系,并修复钻孔施工过程中钻进液对矿层渗透性的损伤,开展了水力喷砂射孔技术应用研究,利用高压水射流加砂(磨料)通过喷射工具完成射穿套管和地层。首先试验了模拟钻孔井筒结构的地表打靶,在掌握水力喷砂射孔对PVC材质的损伤程度以及最佳砂比等技术参数基础上,分别在试-05等6个钻孔进行射孔试验。结果表明,高压水砂射流可以在井下有效击穿PVC套管和水泥环,未造成对PVC套管的破坏性损伤,并部分清理出渗入地层的钻进泥浆,改善了钻孔周围含矿含水层的渗透性。
During the study process for the drilling technology in multilayer ore body mining in Mengqiguer deposit,in order to build the hydraulic connection accurately between the ore bearing aquifer and the cemented leaching well,and recover the aquifer permeability,the sand jet perforation technology was introduced,which uses high-pressure water with sand to cut the casing and surrounding stratum by jetting tool.Before the underground application,an ground experiment had been conducted using a well model.On the basis of mastering the damage-degree of PVC casing and optimum technical parameter of sand ratio,field sand jet perforation applied experiment was carried out in six wells.Results show that the high-pressure water with sand can cut the casing is stratum effectively,and the PVC casing was not destroyed.The mud infiltrating into surrounding aquifer can also be cleared by the high-pressure water,and hence the aquifer permeability is enhanced.
