地浸工艺钻孔孔内切割技术研究

摘要
为了切除全孔水泥固井地浸工艺钻孔目标深度的井管和水泥环,定位开启矿层与孔内水力联系,研制了井下切除井管和水泥环的切割器和扩孔器,设计了配套钻具,开发了切割控制技术和施工工艺流程。在某层矿开采钻孔的切割试验中取得了良好效果,并根据试验过程中遇到的问题,对切割器及控制技术进行了改进。改进的技术应用于某铀矿床3个钻孔的切割施工,全部取得成功。通过试验研究,建立了一套可靠的地浸工艺钻孔内井下切割技术方法和工艺。
In order to cut well casting and cement ring at the located depth of the entirely cemented in-situ leaching well,construct a channel for leaching solution flow into and out the ore bearing aquifer,a kind of cutter and reamer were developed,a set of drilling facilities were designed,and the cutting process and control technology were also developed.In the cutting test of multiscreen well in a deposit,satisfied results were obtained.Some problems provided a direction to improve the cutter and control techniques.The improved facilities and technology are successfully applied to three wells repairing in a uranium deposit.Through this study,a set of reliable underground cutting technology for in-situ leaching well is established.
