基于反应位移法的核化工地下管沟抗震计算和分析

摘要
核化工管沟因为工艺、防护等的要求,结构设计时需要考虑地震作用下管沟的安全性。按照管沟的重要性不同,管沟分为抗震Ⅰ类管沟、抗震Ⅱ类管沟。但是目前依然缺乏针对核化工地下管沟的抗震设计规范和准则。本文借鉴地铁和沉管隧道等已发展成熟的抗震设计经验,考虑到地下结构地震中的响应规律和地上结构有着很大的不同,地下结构由于受到土体的包围,震动会受到约束很快收敛,并与地层的震动保持一致,因而不会产生比周围地层更为强烈的震动,同时结合核化工管沟自身的特点,利用反应位移法对某核化工地下管沟进行地震响应分析。计算中管沟采用梁单元进行模拟,用ANSYS对计算模型进行地震分析。计算结果表明,反应位移法是精度较高、计算简便、适用性很强的拟静力计算方法,可以为核化工地下结构的抗震设计提供借鉴。
On the basis of the requirement of processing and protection,the safety under earthquake action should be considered in structure design.Depending on the importance of pipe chase,it is differentiated into seismic grade Ⅰ and seismic grade Ⅱ.At present,code and criteria for seismic design of nuclear chemistry underground pipe chase are lacked.The mature experience of seismic design in subway and immersed tunnel is taken for reference in this paper,considering the response law in earthquake of underground structure is very different from overground structure,because the underground structure suffer soil surround,quake suffer restraint and convergence quickly,which bring into correspondence with stratum,so could't stronger quake of the underground structure will not take place.At the same time,combining the self characteristics of nuclear chemistry pipe chase,seismic response for a nuclear chemical underground pipe channel has been analysised by using the response displacement method.In the calculation,pipe chase is simulate by beam element,and ANSYS is used for seismic analysis.The calculation results show that,the response displacement method is a pseudo static calculation method with high accuracy and widespread applicability,which is also simple and convenient for calculation,and can be used in nuclear chemistry underground pipe chase seismic calculation.
