船舶管道系统泄漏声发射信号特征分析

摘要
管道系统是船舶中燃油等重要物资的传输装备,一旦发生泄漏,将影响到船舶的正常运行,具有较大的安全隐患。本文针对管道的泄漏故障声发射检测开展研究工作,首先建立了管道泄漏实验平台,采集了不同压力、孔径下泄漏的声发射信号;然后基于频谱分析和特征参数法分别分析了背景噪声、泄漏声发射信号特征及其变化规律,并研究对比了弯管、法兰等结构对声发射信号的影响。研究成果可为管道泄漏故障的识别提供参考依据。
Pipeline system is an important transmission equipment used in industry such as fuel system in the ship. The occurrence of leakage usually affects the operation of the device and accompanied with hazard in safety. This article aims at localizing the source of leakage based on acoustic emission(AE) method. At first, pipeline leak experiment platform is established and the AE signals of leakage under different pressure and aperture are collected. Afterwards, the signal characteristic of background noise, pipeline leakage are analysed based on spectrum analysis and characteristic parameter method, In addition, the influence of the bending pipe, flange on the AE signal is carried out. The result of this work is helpful to leakage identification of the pipeline system.
