摘要
用含0%、1.0%复方中草药的饲料分别投喂初始体重为23.85±0.36g的吉富罗非鱼8周后,研究复方中草药对吉富罗非鱼生长和肌肉游离氨基酸组成的影响。结果显示:饲料中添加1%的复方中草药能明显促进吉富罗非鱼生长,实验组罗非鱼的增重率比对照组提高了29.12%;饲料中添加1%的复方中草药能显著提高罗非鱼肌肉中游离氨基酸总含量(P<0.05),对四种呈味氨基酸(天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸)的含量影响尤为显著(P<0.01);并可显著降低吉富罗非鱼肌肉在冷冻贮存过程中游离氨基酸(尤其是呈味氨基酸)的失损(P<0.01)。结论:饲料中添加1.0%的复方中草药能显著提高罗非鱼肌肉中的呈味游离氨基酸含量,显著降低吉富罗非鱼肌肉在冷冻贮存过程中呈味氨基酸的失损,从而保证罗非鱼肌肉的鲜味持久。
Adding 0% and 1.0%compound Chinese herbal medicine to the feeding stuffrespectively, then feed O. niloticus with the average weight of(23.85±0.36)g for 90 days.The effects of Chinese herbal medicine on the growth and free amino acid composition in muscle were investigated.The results showed that Adding 1% compound Chinese herbal medicine feedcan obviously promote the growth of O. niloticus,the experimental group of O. niloticus weight gain rate was 29.12% higher than that of control group. Adding 1% compound Chinese herbal medicine feed can significantly increase the total free amino acid content in muscle of O. niloticus(P<0.05), especially can significantly increasefour kinds of flavor amino acids(aspartic acid,glutamic acid, glycine and alanine)(P<0.01); And it can significantly decrease thelost offree amino acids(especially the flavour amino acid) in muscle during frozen storage(P<0.01).Conclusion: adding 1.0% compound Chinese herbal medicine feed can significantly improve the content of flavouramino acid in muscle of O. niloticus, and it can significantly decrease the lost of flavour amino acid in muscle during frozen storage, so as to ensure the freshness of muscle could be lasting.
