一种LTCC小型化增益均衡器设计

摘要
传统增益均衡器在低频段存在尺寸过大的问题,不能满足小型化的需求。本文采用LTCC(低温共烧陶瓷)工艺,设计了一种小型化的增益均衡器。利用LTCC的多层结构实现螺旋电感和双层平行板电容模型构造出谐振单元,结构紧凑,有效的减小了谐振电路的体积。本文设计出的均衡器体积为7mm×15.45mm×0.47mm,均衡量大于15d B,最小插损0.58d B,回波损耗优于15dB。该设计为低频段的均衡器小型化提供了一种新的实现方法。
As the traditional microstrip gain equalizers has difficulty in miniaturization, in this paper, a compact gain equalizer based on LTCC(Low-temperature cofired ceramics) technology is designed. Spiral inductor and bilayer parallel plate capacitor implemented by LTCC are utilized to form the resonators, and the compact structure results in a smaller size. The final model is much more smaller than the traditional ones with size of 7mm×15.45mm×0.47 mm. and the equalized value is greater than 15 d B. The minimum insertion loss reached 0.58 d B and return loss is better than 15 d B.
