改性聚酯多元醇在微孔聚氨酯弹性体鞋底中的应用研究

摘要
对已二酸系聚酯多元醇进行改性,用于微孔聚氨酯弹性体鞋底中,制备了密度分别为0.4和0.5 g/cm~3的微孔弹性体试片,对比了添加与未添加改性聚酯多元醇的试片性能,结果表明,改性聚酯多元醇可有效提高弹性体鞋底的硬度、撕裂强度、断裂伸长率等。
The modified adipic acid polyester polyols were made in microporous polyurethane elastomer sole synthesis.The microporous polyurethane elastomer sole with density 0.4 g/cm~3 and 0.5g/cm~3 was prepared.The sole affixed modified polyester polyols was contrasted with non-affixed modified polyester polyols.The result showed that the hardness,tear strength and breaking elongation of the sole were improved.
