摘要
介绍了绿色环保聚醚多元醇的研发与生产,分析了聚醚多元醇VOC、气味产生的原因,探讨了如何降低聚醚多元醇的VOC和气味,通过从原料入手、进行相应的工艺改进和加强过程控制,使生产的聚醚VOC、气味较以往有大幅度的降低和改进。
The research and production of green environmental polyether polyols were described.The causes of the polyether polyols VOC and smell were analyzed.The method of reducing the VOC and smell was given.The polyether polyols VOC and smell were decreased by selecting the proper materials,improving process and enhancing process control.
