气凝胶对聚氨酯硬质泡沫性能影响的研究与表征

摘要
以聚醚/聚酯多元醇、多异氰酸酯(粗MDI)、助剂等为原料,与改性SiO_2气凝胶进行复合,制备聚氨酯硬泡/硅气凝胶复合绝热材料。对复合材料的结构进行分析与表征,并且研究了粉末状气凝胶的加入对聚氨酯硬泡的力学性能和热学性能的影响。
Composites rigid foam insulating materials based on SiO_2 aerogel/polyurethane rigid foam were prepared using polyether/polyesterpolyos,isocyanates and catalyst as raw materials combination with modified SiO_2 aerogel.The structure of SiO_2 aerogel/polyurethane rigid foam composites was analyzed and characterized,and the effect of the addition of SiO_2 aerogel on the performance of SiO_2 aerogel/polyurethane rigid foam composites such as mechanical and thermal property was investigated.
