植物生长延缓剂对勋章菊生长发育的影响

摘要
采用不同浓度的丁酰肼(B_9)、多效唑(PP_(333))和矮壮素(CCC)对勋章菊进行叶面喷施和灌根处理,结果表明,不同处理对勋章菊植株和花梗长都有矮化效果,其中PP_(333)矮化效果均为最好,以50mg/L最佳;不仅使勋章菊株高及花梗明显矮化,株型紧凑,而且花梗不易倒伏,叶色加深,施用B_9和CCC随浓度增高抑制效果越明显,但3种试剂的浓度过高会影响植株正常生长发育,灌根处理及叶喷PP_(333)使花期提前,这些结果为提高勋章菊的栽培质量和观赏价值提供了参考。
The Gazania rigens(L.) Gaertn.were treated with daminozide(B_9),paclobutrazol(PP_(333)) and chlormequat chloride(CCC) sprayed on the leaves and irrigated roots.The results showed that the application of three plant growth retardants has dwarfing effects on the height and pedicel length of Gazania.The effects of PP_(333) are the best among the others,and the optimum application concentration is 50mg/L All applications make the plants not only dwarf and compact,but also have better resistance to pedicel lodging and leaves greener.The inhibitory effects of B_9 and CCC are better as the concentrations get higher.But it is bad for plant growth that the concentration is too high.The applications of root-irrigation and spraying PP_(333) advanced the first flowering date.These provided references for improving the cultivation and ornamental value of Gazania..
