CSP流程单联工艺热轧过程夹杂物行为数值模拟研究

利用显式动力学非线性有限元软件ABAQUS,建立了6连轧二维弹塑性有限元模型,模拟研究了热轧过程中硬质夹杂物、塑性夹杂物、复合夹杂物的行为演变过程,以及夹杂物在轧制过程中的迁移规律。研究结果表明:数值模拟结果与实验观察结果吻合,硬质夹杂物在轧制过程中沿轧制方向夹杂物前后形成孔洞;塑性夹杂物在轧制过程中发生较为均匀的塑性变形;圆形的硬质内核+包裹层复合夹杂物在热轧过程中逐渐演变为纺锤形,硬质内核几乎不变形,而包裹层沿着轧制方向大幅延长;在热轧过程中,夹杂物在轧板厚度和轧制方向上均发生迁移,夹杂物越靠近热轧板表面,迁移幅度越大。研究结果有助于揭示夹杂物在热轧过程中的行为与板材表面缺陷的关系,为优化实际生产工艺提供理论依据。
A two dimensional elastic-plastic finite element model of six-stand tandem hot rolling has been established with the dynamic explicit PE package ABAQUES software.The procedure of behavior evolution for hard inclusion,plastic inclusion and compound inclusion were investigated;meanwhile,the migration of inclusions was analyzed.The results show that the simulated results are in reasonable agreement with those from experiment.The void was formed in the front and rear of hard inclusion along the hot rolling direction with different positions.The uniform deformation around the plastic inclusion was found.The cover layer was prolonged during rolling process,but the hard core keeps the shape for compound inclusion.The inclusion migration in rolling and thickness direction was found during rolling process,the smaller distance from inclusions to slab surface,the larger migration distance.The studied results contribute to reveal the relationship between the behavior evolution of inclusion and surface defects of hot rolled plate,which provide the theoretical basis for optimization of parameters.
