摘要
目的:探讨异位妊娠保守治疗的护理方法。方法:总结我科2016年1月至2016年6月收治的30例异位妊娠保守治疗患者的病情观察及护理措施。结果:30例异位妊娠保守治疗患者治疗成功26例,4例最终行手术治疗。结论:随着医学的发展,B超检测水平的提高,异位妊娠早期诊断率显著提高,采取异位妊娠保守治疗的患者在临床日益增多,护士通过密切观察病情变化,及时给予心理疏导,准确及时实施给药护理,对保守治疗成功起到了重要作用。
Objective:To explore the nursing method of ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment.Methods:30 cases of ectopic in our department from January 2016 to June 2016 were of the clinical observation and nursing measures of conservative treatment in patients with pregnancy.Results::30 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment was successful in 26 cases,4 cases underwent surgical treatment Conclusion:The final conclusion with the development of medicine,ultrasound raise the level of early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy rate increased significantly,the ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment to patients is increasing in clinical nurses,through close observation of changes in condition,timely and accurate implementation of psychological counseling,medication nursing,the Conservative treatment has played an important role in success.
