米非司酮治疗妇产科疾病的临床效果观察

摘要
目的:研究米非司酮药物对妇产科疾病的治疗疗效。方法:搜集2013年6月到2015年6月在我院妇产科就医的200例病人的病历情况,在这些病例中,终止妊娠106例,紧急服药避孕36例,子宫肌瘤44例,子宫内膜结构异位14例。200例病人都服用米非司酮,记录该药的疗效。结果:在药物治疗结束,终止妊娠的治疗有效率是98.11%(104/106),紧急避孕的治疗有效率是80.55%(29/36),子宫肌瘤的治疗有效率是90.91%(40/44),子宫内膜异位的治疗有效率是85.71%(12/14)。结论:药物米非司酮对妇产科疾病的有效率高,副作用少,适合于除哺乳期妇女的紧急避孕之外的多种妇科病。
Objective:To study the curative effect of Mifepristone in the obstetrics and gynecology disease.Methods:We collect the records of 200 patients in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology hospital in June 2013 to June 2015.In these cases,termination patients have 106,medicine emergency contraception have 36,uterine fibroid have 44,and endometrial structure shift have 14.200 cases of patients taking mifepristone,and record the curative effect of the drug.Results:After the treatment,the treatment effectiveness of termination is 98.11%(104/106),the treatment efficient of contraception is 80.55%(29/36),the treatment efficient of uterine fibroid is 90.91%(40/44),the treatment efficient of endometrial displacement is 85.71%(12/14).Conclusion:Mifepristone drugs for obstetrics and gynecology diseases is high efficient,less side effects,and suitable for all kinds of gynecopathy.
