摘要
在酸性条件下,采用饱和溶解度法考察了pH对十二烷基吗啉(DMP)在NaCl、KCl溶液中的溶解度影响变化规律。结果表明:溶液pH恒定时,随着溶液浓度的增大,DMP在溶液中的溶解度呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,溶液浓度大于3mol/L时,DMP在KCl溶液中的溶解度明显高于在NaCl溶液中的溶解度;同一种盐的溶液中,盐浓度相同时,DMP在溶液中的溶解度随着pH的增大而减小。该研究对反浮选法生产KCl工艺优化和改进具有重要的理论意义。
The pH influence laws of the solubility of Dodecyl morpholine in NaCl and KCl solutions were studied using the saturated solubility method under acid conditions.At a constant pH,the results showed that the solubility of DMP increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentrations,and the solubility of DMP in KCl solutions is higher than in NaCl solutions when the salt solution concentrations are higher than 3 mol/L.In the same salt solution,the solubility of DMP decreased with the increase of pH when the salt concentration was constant.The results have a great theoretical significance in guiding the production of KCl by reverse flotation process.
