情绪与情绪弹性对大学生工作记忆的影响

研究采用问卷调查法和实验法,考察不同情绪弹性的大学生在不同情绪状态下工作记忆的差异。研究对象为215名大学生,采用青少年情绪弹性问卷筛选出高情绪弹性组和低情绪弹性组各48人,共96人,男女性别比例为1:1,平均年龄为21.7岁。实验采用2(高情绪弹性、低情绪弹性)*3(积极情绪、消极情绪和中性情绪)的组间设计,应用延迟匹配样本范式,测量工作记忆任务的反应时。研究发现:(1)情绪对工作记忆任务的反应时有显著影响,在积极情绪状态下工作记忆任务的反应时短,在消极情绪状态下工作记忆任务的反应时长。(2)情绪弹性对工作记忆任务的反应时有显著影响,低情绪弹性的大学生工作记忆任务的反应时比高情绪弹性的大学生要长。(3)不同情绪弹性大学生在不同情绪状态下工作记忆任务的反应时有显著差异。高情绪弹性大学生的工作记忆任务的反应时在积极情绪状态下短于中性情绪和消极情绪状态,低情绪弹性大学生的工作记忆任务的反应时在消极情绪状态下长于中性情绪和积极情绪状态;在消极情绪状态下,低情绪弹性大学生的工作记忆任务的反应时长于高情绪弹性大学生,在中性和积极情绪状态下两者没有差异。以上结果表明,积极情绪状态以及高情绪弹性有利于提高工作记忆的效率。
This research combines questionnaire and experimentation to study the difference of working memory of college students with different emotional resilience under different emotional states. The effective participants are 215 college students. They are divided by Adolescent Emotional Resilience Questionnaire into high and low groups of emotional resilience. Each group of 48 is half males and half females. The average age is 21.7.The study is designed between 2( high emotional resilience/ low emotional resilience)*3(positive emotion/negative emotion/neutral emotion) groups to measure the reaction time of the working memory task by applying "Delay matching samples paradigm". Results showed that:(1) Emotion has great influence on the RT of working memory task. The RT of the positive group is shorter than that of the negative group.(2) Emotional resilience has great influence on the RT of working memory task. The RT of group with low emotional resilience is longer than that of group with high emotional resilience.(3) The interaction of emotion and emotional resilience has great influence on the RT of the task: the RT of group with high emotional resilience in positive state is shorter than that in neutral state and negative state. The RT of group with low emotional resilience in negative state is longer than that in neutral state and positive state. The RT of group with low emotional resilience is longer than that of group with high emotional resilience in negative state. And there's no difference between the two groups in positive and neutral states. These findings figure out that positive emotion state and high emotional resilience is helpful to promote the working memory.
