浅谈口腔门诊工作中的人性化护理

摘要
目的:探究人性化护理在口腔门诊工作中的应用。方法:选取我院口腔门诊2013年1月-2014年1月收治的98例口腔疾病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均根据临床症状表现,确诊后给予对症治疗,实验组患者给予人性化护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者经过治疗后,临床症状均得到了有控制,实验组患者的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义;实验组患者的临床总有效率48例,占97.96%,对照组患者临床总有效率45例,占91.84%,实验组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义;对两组患者进行满意度调查,实验组患者的满意度为95.92%,对照组患者的满意度为85.71%,实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:在口腔门诊中采用人性化护理可有效提高患者的治疗效率,给患者提供一个舒适安静的治疗环境,缩短患者的治疗时间,提高口腔门诊的满意度,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To explore the application of humanized nursing in the work of oral clinic. Methods: the dental clinic of our hospital in January 2013-2014 January 98 cases of patients with oral diseases, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, two groups of patients were according to the clinical symptoms, the diagnosis given symptomatic treatment, experimental group were treated with humanistic nursing, while the control group were given routine nursing observed were compared between the two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Total improvement results: the two groups of patients after treatment, the clinical symptoms were the control and the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01), with statistical significance; experimental group patients, the clinical efficiency of 48 cases, accounting for 97.96%, control group patients clinical total effective rate of 45 cases, accounting for 91.84%. The experimental group of patients, the clinical total efficiency is obviously higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01), with statistical significance; the two groups of patients satisfaction survey, experimental group of patients satisfaction was 95.92%, while the control group patients satisfaction was 85.71%, the experimental group patients satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01), with statistical significance. Conclusion: in the dental clinic by humanistic nursing care can effectively improve the efficiency of the treatment of patients, provide a quiet and comfortable environment for the treatment to patients, shorten treatment time for patients, improve the satisfaction of outpatient service of Stomatology, worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
