中国胶被盘菌属分类学研究

摘要
胶被盘菌属Crocicreas Fr.建立于1849年,隶属于子囊菌门Ascomycota、锤舌菌纲Leotiomycetes、柔膜菌目Helotiales、柔膜菌科Helotiaceae,模式种为Perisporium gramineum Fr.。该属真菌大多腐生在植物性基质上,子实体盘状、小型,外囊盘被为厚壁丝组织、胶化的薄壁丝组织或交错丝组织,盘下层为薄壁丝组织或交错丝组织,子囊无囊盖,子囊孢子无色。据第10版《菌物学词典》记载,胶被盘菌属包括大约62个种,截至本研究开展前,我国报道了该属的5个种。以采自我国北京、河北、安徽、湖北、湖南、海南、四川、云南、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆等省区的胶被盘菌属标本为研究材料,综合对比分析生长基物,子囊盘形状、颜色和大小,外囊盘被和盘下层结构,子囊形状、大小和孔口IKI反应,以及子囊孢子形状、大小、分隔数目和油滴性状等特征,参考部分种的DNA序列分析结果,共鉴定出11个种,包括3个已知种、1个中国新记录种和7个新种。研究结果丰富了对我国胶被盘菌属物种多样性的认识,为《中国真菌志柔膜菌科》的编研提供了部分素材,为其他相关研究提供了基础信息和科学依据。由于胶被盘菌属真菌个体微小且不易获得纯培养菌种,DNA序列资料匮乏,属内种间系统发育关系及该属在柔膜菌科中的地位,尚有待积累分子数据和进一步探讨。
