K4002合金异型复杂薄壁进气道铸件的成型工艺研究

摘要
某异型复杂薄壁进气道是我国在研某型号冲压发动机的重要部件,采用K4002铸造高温合金无余量整体精密铸造而成。该部件由入口法兰、出口法兰和进气管道组成,由于管道型面复杂,管壁较薄,出入口法兰尺寸厚大,壁厚悬殊较大,模具设计和铸件制造难度均较大。本研究采用分体压制管道,设计1/4管道精铸模具,解决了模具成型问题,并降低了模具成本;采用组合夹具精密定位,对蜡模拼装组合,最终获得了满足尺寸要求且表面质量良好的整体蜡模;设计了联合注入式的浇注系统,确定合理的浇注工艺参数,成功浇注出了满足设计和使用要求的完整进气道铸件。
The inlet casting which is cast in K4002 cast superalloy by investment casting,is one of the key components of the scramjet engine.The inlet with complicated structure is composed of three parts:inlet flange,outlet flange and passage.Due to its complicated structure and great discrepancy of wall thickness,so it is very hard to design mould and produce casting.Considered the casting's complicate structure,the investment mould for 1/4 passage was designed in this paper,and the adoption of split pattern resolved the mould shaping for this casting,economized the mould cost combined clamp ensured the dimensional precision of inlet castings,achieved the wax of inlet for investment casting.With the united-inpouring gating system and reasonable casting parameter for pouring and shell temperature,the acceptable inlet casting is shaped,which accords with the demands of the design and use entirely.
