盐度对叶尔羌高原鳅受精卵孵化和仔鱼存活率的影响

摘要
采用急性毒理学实验方法,对(0、2、4、6、8、10)6个不同盐度梯度下,叶尔羌高原鳅受精卵的孵化和仔鱼成活率等的影响进行了探讨。结果显示:不同盐度梯度下,其受精卵的孵化时间、孵化率、畸形率分别表现出显著性差异(P<0.05)。孵化时间在不同盐度下差异不显著,而在2-6之间孵化率较高,3个梯度差异不显著(P>0.05)。畸形率则在4和6表现为较低,但4梯度下则为最低至2.67。其仔鱼不投喂存活系数(SAI)的测定分析,仔鱼在48h内死亡较大,盐度对其影响极大,适宜盐度2-8,最适盐度则为4,SAI值比较高,且表现出差异不显著(P>0.05);盐度和SAI相关性较高,Y=-1.1468X2+11.231X+5.2364(R2=0.9598)。当2-6时,SAI和孵化率直线相关,Y=0.0075X+0.7035(R2=0.9371),SAI和畸形率,Y=-0.0053X2+0.3027X-3.3947(R2=1)。研究表明,叶尔羌高原鳅资源早期发育中盐度胁迫至关重要,对其盐度的选择将直接影响其生长和发育。
An acutetoxicity test was conducted to hatching rate and larval vitality in Triplophysa(Hedinichthys) yarkandensis(Day).Six different levels were set as follows:0,2, 4,6,8,10.The results :thatching rate and deformity rate of the embryos were observed, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The normal embryonic development and high hatching rate were observed at salinities from 2 to 6,and the difference was not significant of three text(P>0.05).Deformity rate from 4 to 6,is low,but 4 was lowest to 2.67. Within 48 h after death amount is larger, but the salinity of the influence very well, suitable for 2-8,it is high for the 4(P>0.05). The SAI of larvae was highly correlated with Salinity, the salinity with SAI relationship:Y=-1.1468X2+11.231X+5.2364(R2=0.9598).In salinity,from 2 to 6,the SAI of larvae was positively related with hatching rate of fertilized eggs.Y=0.0075X+0.7035(R2=0.9371).The SAI of sailnity was positively related of deformity rate.Y=-0.0053X2+0.3027X-3.3947(R2=1).The results show that:the salinity is very important in the early development,and the choice of its salinity will directly affect its growth and development of it.
