聚醚多元醇在单组分聚氨酯防水涂料中的应用及影响因素分析

摘要
采用不同官能度的聚醚多元醇YNW-220和YEP-330N,与甲苯二异氰酸酯反应合成了单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,探讨了聚醚分子量分布、聚醚配比、NCO含量、催化剂用量等因素对单组分聚氨酯防水涂料涂膜力学性能及贮存稳定性的影响。结果表明,聚氨酯涂料中聚醚YNW-220/YEP-330N的质量比为75/25,NCO质量分数为3%,催化剂用量在0.1%时,聚氨酯涂料的综合性能最好。
One-component water-proofing polyurethane coatings were prepared by diisocyanate and mixed different functionality of YNW-220 and YEP-330 N polyether polyol.The effect of molecular weight distribution of polyether,polyether ratio,NCO content,amount of catalyst on mechanical properties and properties of storage stability were investigated.The results showed that polyurethane coatings had best overall performance when YNW-220 / YEP-330 N mass ratio was 75/25,mass fraction of NCO was 3.0%,the amount of catalyst was 0.1%.
