<正>一、引言航空维修是指组织人力、物力和财力,应用各种技术、工艺,保证航空装备或民用飞机得到及时、恰当和经济的维护和修理,保持或恢复其规定技术状态所进行的一系列管理和技术活动。在民航领域,航空维修的业务活动分为"工程"和"维修"两个部分。"工程"指支持维修工作需要的设计、分析和技术支持,其实质为一个包含维修信息反馈一起构成的管理控制系统;"维修"是指维修工作的具体实施。我国与欧美国家在民航领域是接轨的,
The concept and connotation of aviation maintenance are described in the special topic,development trend of aviation maintenance management and technology are also analyzed.Some important progress in native maintenance support system reform,maintenance mode monitoring,maintenance training method and maintenance verification technology are also introduced.And the deficiency of native aviation maintenance engineering profession is analyzed,and some suggestions are proposed.
