谷峰比值和平滑指数在降压药物疗效评价中的应用

摘要
目的:分析谷峰比值和平滑指数在降压药物疗效评价中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年1月100例原发性高血压患者,所有患者均给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平服用,持续用药8周。分别于治疗前后进行24h动态血压监测,观察患者治疗前后24h收缩压、舒张压平滑指数(SI)及谷峰比值(T/P)。结果:患者治疗前后24h收缩压和舒张压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);收缩压和舒张压的谷峰比值为71.0%和70.0%、平滑指数为(1.47±0.35)和(1.38±0.43)。结论:左旋氨氯地平是一种临床常用的降压药物,具有安全、高效、吸收效果好的优势,能够有效控制血压,降低高血压对心脑肝肾等器官的损伤;谷峰比值结合平滑指数对于降压药物的临床疗效能够进行更好的评价,有助于确保临床用药的安全性。
Objective: to analyze the application value of Gu Feng ratio and smoothness index in the evaluation of antihypertensive drugs. Methods: 100 patients with essential hypertensionwere selected from January-2016, January 2015. All patients were given amlodipine and amlodipine for 8 weeks. 24 h dynamic blood pressure monitoring was performed before and after treatment, andthe 24 h systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure(SI) and Gu Feng ratio(T/P) were observed before and after treatment. Results: there were significant differences in systolic blood pressureand diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment(P < 0.05). The Gu Feng ratio of systolic and diastolic blood pressure was 70% and 71%, and the smoothness index was(1.47 + 0.35) and(1.38 + 0.43). Conclusion: amlodipine is a common clinical antihypertensive drug, is safe, efficient, absorb advantages of the good effect, can effectively control blood pressure, reduce high blood pressure toheart, brain, liver and kidney and other organs damage; trough to peak ratio with the smoothness index for evaluation of antihypertensive drugs clinical curative effect can be better, to ensure the safety ofclinical medication.
