摘要
本文以首钢京唐300t脱磷炉实际生产为例,通过采集现场初始冶炼数据,对转炉的物料平衡及热平衡进行计算。在此基础上建立了计算模型,分析在初始条件时转炉的物料平衡和热平衡变化,指导优化炉料结构、降低吨钢成本;探索了入炉铁水条件、辅料加入情况对废钢加入量的影响及废钢加入量对温度的影响关系,为现场废钢的加入进行理论指导。
This paper is based on the actual production of 300 t converter of Shougang Jingtang as an example,and the calculation of charging material balance and heat balance have been carried out via the collection of the initial data in the scence.The calculation model is established on tnis basis,and it analyzed the change of the charging material balance and heat balance during the initial condition to guide the optimization of burden structure and reduce the cost of steel per ton.It explore the effects of the conditions of hot metal and the joined situation of supplementary material to the amount of scrap and effects of the amount of scrap to the temperature to make the theoretical guidance of scrap addition in the scence.
