摘要
本文结合实践经验,阐述了一种基于空间机构自由度约束原理的汽车零部件多轴疲劳试验台架设计方法,并介绍了杆件、摆臂、悬置、衬套等几种典型零部件的台架设计方案。
A test-stand design method of automobile component multi-axial fatigue was studied in this paper which based on degree of freedom constraint theory of spatial mechanism.In addition,several typical test stand cases for automobile component were introduced,such as two-force bar,swing arm,engine mounting,etc.
