高职大学生的正念水平对主观幸福感的影响:孤独感的中介作用

随着积极心理学在全球的兴起,关于幸福感的研究成为热点,而源于亚洲的正念,与个体的情绪体验则有着密切的关系。从国内外检索的文献中可以发现正念对幸福感的研究被越来越多的学者关注,并一度将正念看作影响幸福感的直接原因。但随着相关研究的深入,研究者将兴趣转向到揭示正念影响幸福感的机制上,认为正念通过某种中介变量对幸福感产生影响,本研究试图检验孤独感是否在正念和主观幸福感中起着中介作用。通过对理论和研究的分析,研究假设孤独感在正念水平和主观幸福感之间起中介作用。本研究采用方便取样,取安徽芜湖某高职院校大学生440人,采用五因素正念量表(FFMQ),孤独感量表(UCLA)以及总体主观幸福感量表(GWB)进行调查。结果表明:(1)正念总分及各维度得分与主观幸福感总分及各维度得分呈正相关,与孤独感得分呈负相关;主观幸福感总分及各维度得分与孤独感得分呈负相关;(2)男生的孤独感得分高于女生;非独生子女正念得分,主观幸福感得分均高于独生子女;理科学生主观幸福感得分高于文科生;(3)进一步层次回归分析发现,考虑孤独感的影响后,正念总分对主观幸福感总分的预测作用减弱,正念,孤独感同时预测主观幸福感。(4)中介效应检验发现,孤独感在高职大学生的正念和主观幸福感之间起着部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比值为0.39。
As the positive psychology is popping up all over the world, the study about well-being is increasing. As we know, the mindfulness originates from the Asia, and it's closely related with individual emotional experience. From the domestic and foreign literature, it can be found that more and more researchers concern the study about mindfulness and well-being, and they regard the mindfulness as a direct reason which influences the individual well-being. But with the deepening of the study, the researchers turn their interest to reveal how the mindfulness influences the well-being. They think mindfulness can impact the well-being through certain intermediary variables. This study tried to study the loneliness plays an intermediary role in mindfulness and subjective well-being. The study assumes that loneliness plays a mediating role between mindfulness and subjective well-being. This study chose 440 student samples from a college in Wuhu, Anhui province. Three scales are used in this study, include Five Facet Mindfulness Questionaire(FFMQ), UCLA Loneliness Scale(UCLA) and General Well-Being Schedule(GWB). The results suggest that:(1) mindfulness and well-being was positively correlated with each other in the total score and the score of each dimension. Loneliness were negatively correlated with mindfulness; the total score and each dimension score of GWB was negatively correlated with UCLA loneliness score;(2) the boys in UCLA got higher scores than girls; non-one-child got higher scores than one-child students in FFMQ and GWB; students of science got scores higher than the students of liberal arts on well-being scale;(3) hierarchical regression analysis showed that, after considering the influence of loneliness, the prediction for mindfulness to well-being became weakened. Mindfulness, loneliness are predicting subjective well-being together.(4)the mediating effect found that loneliness plays a partial mediating effect between mindfulness and subjective well-being, the mediating effects accounted for 0.39 in total effect.
