贵州省进城务工人员的心理适应状况调查

摘要
目的:调查贵州省进城务工人员的心理适应状况。方法:以归属感问卷、生活满意度问卷、自尊量表和孤独感量表作为研究工具,对贵州省各地州市的838名进城务工人员进行调查,并采集了人口统计学数据。结果:(1)不同性别之间比较:在各项得分上女性的平均得分都高于男性,其中在地域归属感和自尊中男性与女性的得分差异显著,女性进城务工人员为人和善更容易和新的群体相处起来。(2)不同年龄段之间比较:在各项得分上25-34岁的被试得分较高。在自尊水平上18-24岁的被试得分最高。而在孤独感方面18岁以下和55岁以上的被试得分较高。对于各项得分在不同年龄中都表现出显著差异。(3)不同受教育水平之间比较:在各项得分上初中学历的被试比其他学历的被试得分水平都高,其中地域归属感、生活满意度和感情孤独在不同受教育水平的被试间存在显著差异。(4)在地域归属感和群体归属感得分上工作了6-9年的被试得分较高。在生活满意度上工作了4-5年的被试得分较高。在自尊水平上工作年限越少的被试表现出越高的自尊水平。在孤独感的得分上也是被试的工作年限越短越孤独。对于各项得分在不同工作年限中都表现出显著差异。(5)在城市归属感中收入在1000-3000元的被试的平均分高于其他被试。在生活满意度上随着收入的增加满意度也随之提高。在自尊层面上收入越少的被试表现出来的自尊感越强。在社会孤独感方面,收入在1000元以下的被试得分较高。建议:进城务工人员的市民化心理适应呈复杂、多元化态势。想要有效推进进城务工人员的心理适应,需从进城务工人员自身、政府、社会等多方面入手,帮助他们更好从心理上适应城市生活。
Objective: To explore the mental adaptation situation of the migrant workers. Method: The Belonging Questionnaire, the Life Satisfaction Scale, the Self-Esteem Scale, the Sense of the Loneliness scale and demographic profile were employed to assess 838 migrant workers in Guizhou. Results:(1) Compare with male, females got higher average scores on every item of these scales in which the sense of place belonging and self-esteem, differences are significant. Women are more easygoing and get along with new group well.(2) Compare with other ages, subjects in 25-34 got higher scores on every item while the subjects under 15 years old and above 55 years old got higher scores on the sense of Loneliness.(3) In terms of education, middle school education subjects get the highest average scores on every item,on the sense of place belonging, life satisfaction and emotional loneliness items notable differences on the education were found.(4) Worked for 6-9 years migrant workers get higher points on the sense of place belonging and the sense of group belonging. Worked for 4-5 years migrant workers get higher points on life satisfaction. The fewer working years they had, the easier higher points they got on self- esteem item and sense of lonely item. There exists significant difference in different items.(5) The subjects whose income between 1000 and 3000 got higher scores on the sense of place belonging. The more salary they got the more satisfied they feel about their life while the fewer salary they got the higher points on the self-esteem item they will get. In terms of social isolation, the subjects who get under 1000 yuan salary a month got higher scores. Suggestions: Starting from migrant workers themselves, governments, society would promote migrant workers' mental adaptation effectively.
