屋盖整体托换技术在既有建筑加固改造中的应用

摘要
我国大量建设于20世纪90年代前后的混凝土结构房屋,因当时技术规范要求偏低以及后期使用过程中的诸多因素影响,部分房屋存在着混凝土强度低结构无法满足承载力以及抗震要求的现状。拆除重建固然简单,一则资源浪费严重,二则因法律法规及相关政策规定,手续繁琐、程序严格,办理难度极大。针对经安全鉴定需进行整体加固的既有建筑,提出一种屋盖整体托换加固技术,既可避免拆除重建造成的资源浪费,又保证了建筑物的"与时俱进",且不违反相关法规政策,无繁杂手续之忧;为今后类似工程提供了一种新的加固改造技术。
A mass of concrete structure buildings constructing in the 1990 s in China,because of low technical specification requirements and many other factors in the later use process,low concrete strength lead to the structures unable to meet the requirements of bearing capacity and seismic.Demolish rebuild is simple,one waste of resources,another due to legal reasons,cumbersome procedures,procedures strictly,to deal with the difficulty is great.For existing buildings which need integral reinforcement after the safety appraisal,the article put forward a roof underpinning technology that could avoid the waste of resources and ensure the building of "advancing with the times" on the premise of legal and simplicity of operator,for the future similar engineering provides a new reinforcement and reconstruction technology.
