摘要
目的:探讨琥珀酸索利那新片结合中药补肾导浊汤治疗膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的临床有效性。方法:筛选本院2014年3月~2016年7月间的OAB90例患者作为试验对象,参照随机抽签法将其分组即A组(琥珀酸索利那新片治疗)、B组(中药补肾导浊汤医治)、C组(琥珀酸索利那新片+中药补肾导浊汤治疗)各30例;对比三组间的临床疗效。结果:C组的尿流率、总有效率、OABSS评分显著优于A组、B组,P<0.05。结论:对OAB患者采用琥珀酸索利那新片结合中药补肾导浊汤医治,可改善患者临床表现,疗效显著,具有较高应用价值。
Objective:to study the succinic acid guide for ensuring that new film combined with traditional Chinese medicine kidney turbidity soup to treat a bladder infection disease(OAB) the clinical efficacy of excessive activity.Methods:screening of our hospital in March 2014 to July 2016 OAB90 cases as test object,reference to random lottery method including its grouping in group A(succinic acid ensuring that new therapy) and group B(Chinese traditional medicine kidney guide muddy soup treatment),group C(succinate guide for ensuring that new film + Chinese medicine kidney turbidity decoction) each 30 cases;The comparisons among three groups of clinical curative effect.Results:the urinary flow rate and total effective rate of group C,OABSS score was significantly better than that of group A and group B,P < 0.05).Conclusion:with OAB using succinic acid guide for ensuring that new film combined with traditional Chinese medicine kidney turbidity soup to heal,and can improve the patients clinical manifestation,obtain curative effect were markedly effective,has higher application value.
