摘要
设计并合成了1,1'-(4-硫代二苯基)-二-3,3'(4-(三氟甲基)苯基)硫脲(FTPPT)显色剂。该显色剂通过与氰根(CN-)络合使分子结构产生共轭变化而显黄色。显色剂检测CN-选择性强,显色稳定,灵敏度高,定量检测下限0.19ⅹ10~(-4)mol/L。
A color reagent has been designed and synthesized named di-[N-(p-trifluoromethylphenyl)-N'-phenylene thiourea](FTPPT).The reagent was changed to yellow through complexing with the cyanide ion(CN-) by the conjugate variation of the molecule structure.The selective detection of CN-had strong selectivity,color stability and high sensitivity.The quantitative detection sensitivity could reach 0.19ⅹ10~(-4)mol/L.
