管状胃代食管术治疗食管癌的疗效和安全性分析

摘要
目的:分析管状胃代食管术在食管癌治疗中的疗效与安全性。方法:选取我院于2014年1月至2015年1月收治的36例食管癌患者,将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受全胃代食管术进行治疗,观察组患者接受管状胃代食管术进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,不良反应发生例数较少,两组患者数据经对比后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:管状胃代食管术在食管癌治疗中的临床疗效较好,安全性也较高,值得推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the tubular esophagus with stomach surgery in esophageal cancer treatment efficacy and safety. Methods: in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were treated 36 patients with esophageal cancer, which is divided into a control group and observation group and control group patients received total gastrectomy esophageal replacement treatment, observation group patients receiving tubular stomach and esophageal replacement treatment, the treatment effect compared two groups of patients with adverse events. Results: The treatment ofpatients in the observation group than the control group of patients, fewer cases of adverse reactions, differences in the two groups after the data comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05)。Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of the tubular esophagus with stomach surgery in the treatment of esophageal cancer better, higher security, should be widely applied.
