摘要
基于工业以太网建立无线网络系统,实现工厂内多个西门子317CPU的无线通讯,现场程序维护人员对设备状态进行无线监控,提高程序、工艺的维护效率。在实现无线通讯的同时提供近距离调试设备的机会,提高操作安全及可靠性。
Based on the Industrial Ethernet,the wireless network was built to achieve wireless data communication between multi-Siemens 371 CPU.Personnel who carried the program maintenance could process wireless monitoring.The efficiency of modifying process flow was advanced.When the wireless communications come true,the possibility to debug equipment closed was obtained,at the same time,the security and feasibility for working also improved.
